Who We Are
We are a family run, Australian based pet urn business. We know that a family pet is more than that, they are a member of the family. They are with us through everything, and we often share things with them we would not tell anyone else. The loss of a beloved pet can leave us empty and alone. The pain and grief that accompanies this loss is very real. We hope that our products provide you a beautiful option to bring your loved one home.
We pride ourselves on working with some of the world’s leaders in pet cremation urns. We are the sole Australian distributor for many of products you will see on our shop such as LoveUrns and Terrybear. We focus on products that you won’t see everywhere while also offering the more traditional choices. If you have chosen a Pet Crematorium to care for your pet, they are also able to purchase from us should that be more convenient for you.
Important Information
Every effort is made to have your chosen pet urn in stock ready to send to you. On some occasions we may need to back order your selection, however we will be in touch if this occurs. Some of the pet cremation urns from our Terrybear range can be personalised (engraved) . Please contact us for to see if your chosen urn can be personalised, pricing and an order form if you wish to personalise your pet urns or jewellery item.
All pricing shown is inclusive of GST and freight (within Australia only) All our pet cremation urn range pricing includes GST and delivery of your chosen pet urn to your door via Australia Post. Please allow up to seven (7) days delivery for your pet urn, depending on your location. An Express Post delivery service is available for your pet urn should you choose at an additional cost.

Making it Personal
Add your personal touch to your loved ones resting place with personalisation available on a number of our urns in the shop. Each item that is able to engraved will have this listed however if you are after something specific please let us know. Fill in the below appropriate form as your order, we will send you an invoice for credit card payment with a proof to be signed prior to confirmation. Please note this can take between 2-6 weeks from signed proof depending on the item. Once approval and payment have been made, personalisation orders cannot be cancelled.
